Billy James runs a dance school in a not so good area. His building is covered with graffiti and a judge tells them to clean it up. They do and hear about a dance competition.

Of course you know Billie's group and the wild bunch will be competing for the prize. AP is a fine dancer and looks good, if a little stiff. This was very early in his career so I wouldn't let that bother you. Watch it, then one of his later flicks and you'll see what I mean.
