The general we met in "Breach" is back. The body of Kreace is being kept alive and the new doctor the general is bringing in believes he can help the alien. The doctor is Zin and he has finally been able to develop a means of effecting a transfer of life force to another body.

The body wakes up, it's new inhabitant is decidedly not a nice guy.

Zin needs to find the records from the earlier investigation, in '47 but they're locked away in an unused part of the facility. Cole, too, is looking for them and manages to get into the facility. The alien is an old enemy and decides to go after Cole even after being told not to by Zin.

Cole and Nestov get back to the bar, but the materials they bring back raise more questions then they answer.

The fight scenes are beautiful and GWD is wonderfully evil. I liked the actor playing Kreace and he's a very believable bad guy as well.
