We get to meet Nestov, a con artist and never are sure of his motives.

Nestov finds out that he's deeply involved in a kidnapping and is forced to help Cole find the kidnappers. As it turns out, the kidnapee staged the whole thing with the help of her fiancé to hurt her father.

Cole solves the puzzle, and Nestov agrees to continue helping him.

Jess's latest bright idea is a "Ladies Night Out" complete with a male stripper. The stripper backs out at the last moment and Cole decides to help out leading to some wonderful giggles with Mel knocking back tequila shooters and Cole dispensing with the briefs.... fortunately or unfortunately the camera stays focused above his waist.
