A picture on a milk carton starts Cole on his search for another of the aliens who has taken over the body of a 15 year old boy.

We learn that Cole is doing a lot of reading but not quite comprehending what he reads. Mel also explains to him that yes, it is possible that a teenaged boy is interested in magazines for men...

The alien is using his innocent appearance to con street people, including kids, into coming to the warehouse where he supposedly has set up a shelter for them. In reality, he and one of the other aliens are working on a method of transferring aliens from the bodies they had to accept on the train, to more suitable ones.

Mel and Cole try talking to some of the street kids, but their distrust of anything that looks like a cop or Social Service worker makes it difficult. One youngster, frightened by the disappearance of her friend, comes to the bar and Cole takes her up to the apartment to clean up. He wants to help her and has a hard time understanding why she isn't with her family.

He collects the alien from the boy's body and in the tag scene, takes the girl to her father and watches sadly as they greet each other. Is he remembering his daughter?
