The Canus Twins

From one of our sisters in the wilds of Wisconsin comes this addition to the modern Pantheon.

Frisbus Canus: an minor deity in the Canine pantheon. A chameleon who changes colors frequently but most often shows himself in discus form. His sole purpose is to bring joy to dog lovers and their canine owners by allowing himself to be flung through the air at various speeds. He is rarely seen in his true form but it is speculated that he would be identified by numerous tooth marks.

Tennis Canus, Frisbus Canus' twin brother, is also a minor deity in the canine pantheon. Like his brother, Tennis is also a chameleon, appearing in many different colors but he takes the form of a sphere, usually day-glow yellow in hue. He, too, dedicates his time to bringing joy to dogs and their human companions by allowing himself to be thrown and retrieved on command. Rarely seen in his true form, he can be easily identified by his scruffy, somewhat soggy appearance.
